: Greek Youth Hostel Organization :

The Greek Youth Hostel Organization was founded in 1976 with the aim of providing  low cost accommodation to international youth and promoting international understanding for peace among people with different race, religion and culture.  Our member-hostels offer  bed,  with or without breakfast, and several facilities, at the lowest rate in the country. Our guests are travelling young people and those who feel young!

Backpackers, routards,  all sorts of students, working youth, educators… find, in our hostels, a  friendly place, to meet people from all over the world, exchange ideas and views. Quite often  they come to us again and again as they like our  low cost services, and most of all, they enjoy staying  with us because they find a nice atmosphere, that prevails in our establishments, to learn and get valuable  life experience. Several tourist guide books have included our hostels in their pages for many years now. The hostels of our group are located in several parts of the country with great tourist interest, such as Crete, Santorini, Olympia, Athens, Thessaloniki…
